Trifle
Ingredients
- 200g any fruit (fresh or tinned)
- 500g Jelly
- 400g ready made custard
- 400g EasiYo Yogurt (sweetened)
Method
Place the fruit in the bottom of a serving pot and make up the jelly according to instructions and then pour over the fruit. Refrigerate until set.
Make up the custard according to instructions and pour over the set jelly, again refrigerate until cold and set.
If using vanilla essence mix into the yogurt and then pour on top of the custard.
Finish off with some fresh fruit.

10 x 150g serves
